The “08840″

Pineapple Conditioned American Lager

ABV 4.8%, IBU 20
This straight forward American Lager is cold crashed bright and refreshing. A mellow fragrance of pineapple will welcome you with a soft malt body, low bitterness and a subtle note of more pineapple in the finish.

The “Hoplongata”

New England Style IPA

ABV 6.6%, IBU 11

This New England style IPA brewed with Idaho Gem, Cascade, Strata and Sultana hops balance notes of bitterness with subtle fruity undertones. One sip of this hazy hop driven brew will surely enlighten your Medulla Oblongata.

The “Jalabraiño”

Pepper Conditioned IPA

ABV 6%, IBU 44

IT’S BAAACK!!! This Mosaic and Simcoe IPA really takes on its own character with the addition of fresh jalapeños during conditioning. It starts like an IPA then finishes with pepper flavor on the palate.  Followed by subtle heat that warms you up from the inside.

“Station Place Stout”

Stout

ABV 5.4%, IBU 18

This rich stout is brewed with a myriad of malts including crystal, biscuit, chocolate and oats along with others that give this black beauty a chocolatey, slightly sweet taste with a hint of bitterness making it a year-round pleaser!

“Hailey’s Irish Red”

Classic Irish Red

ABV 6%, IBU 24

Our take on a traditional Irish Red having a light red/ amber hue. The nose is sweet toffee with tones of spice, subtly smoked and roasted malt. Mouth feel is soft and clean. Low bitterness with a flavor profile of caramel and toffee.

“Hopperfield”

West Coast Style IPA

ABV 6.5%, IBU 57

This West Coast style IPA is brewed with Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops balanced with soft bread tones from the malt. Dry hop finished with more Mosaic, Amarillo, and Cashmere. This Parlor pleaser is a clear, clean, crisp, and bitter straight forward IPA.
