The “08840″

Pineapple Conditioned German Style Kolsch

ABV 4.8%, IBU 20
A traditional German Kolsch that is bright and refreshing. A mellow fragrance of pineapple will welcome you with a soft malt body, low bitterness and a subtle note of more pineapple in the finish.

The “Hillpot” Harvest Amber Ale

Harvest Amber Ale

ABV 5.9%, IBU 25

Amber Ale brewed with pale, crystal and Munich malts, along with a touch of rye to encourage notes of toasted bread and walnuts highlighted by a touch of sweetness.

The “Craic Head”

Irish Red Ale

ABV 5.2%, IBU 18

Our take on a traditional Irish Red featuring a malty profile followed with a clean and crisp finish. Cara red malt provides this beer with that classic red color that is easy on the eyes along with specialty grains to tickle the taste buds.

The “Deja Brew”

New England Style IPA

ABV 7.2%, IBU 15

This hazy small batch New England style IPA is double dry hopped with Simcoe highlighting complex hop aroma and a flavor profile with hints of passion fruit, citrus and pine.

The “Jalabraiño”

Pepper Conditioned IPA

ABV 6%, IBU 44

IT’S BAAACK!!! This Mosaic and Simcoe IPA really takes on its own character with the addition of fresh jalapeños during conditioning. It starts like an IPA then finishes with pepper flavor on the palate.  Followed by subtle heat that warms you up from the inside.


The “Cerebrew”


ABV 6.5%, IBU 40

This rich stout is brewed with a myriad of malts including crystal, biscuit, chocolate and oats along with others that give this black beauty a chocolatey, slightly sweet taste with a hint of bitterness making it a year-round pleaser!


The “Know Brainer”

American Wheat

ABV 5.4%, IBU 23

A hoppy American wheat beer brewed with pale malt, white and flaked wheat which gives it a crisp taste and smooth feel on the palate. Hopped with Citra, Cascade and Pekko for flowery/ citrus finish.


The “Highbrow”

Classic Amber Ale

ABV 6.5%, IBU 28

Brewed with pale malt, brown malt and roasted barley it sports a caramel/toffee- like profile with very light earthy, piney hop notes in the background. Hops are Chinook and East Kent Golding.


The “Get Smart-ER”

New England Double IPA

ABV 9%, IBU 15
You asked for it, we listened! This double dry hopped New England style DIPA is our biggest beer yet. El Dorado, Vic Secret and Kohatu Hops bring the dank with a fluffy mouthfeel boasting big notes of tropical fruity haze.


The “FPC Braintrust”


ABV 6%, IBU 60

Brewed with pale malt, malted oats, flaked oats and a touch of rye malt it has the hazy, orange juice look and flavor of modern NEIPA’s with a dash of old school bitterness and a little spice from the rye. Hopped with El Dorado, Centennial and Cascade.


The “Sophist”

Coffee Oatmeal Stout

ABV 5.5%, IBU 21

Our refined stout brewed with pale malt, Munich malt, chocolate and coffee malts, hopped with east Kent goldings and conditioned on fresh roasted coffee.
